Very strange rooms at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. This hotel had really weird rooms. The interior was extremely basic — plain white walls and almost no character. There are two types of rooms: twin rooms, which are massive, and king rooms, which are half the size — yet both are priced the same. Of course, all the twin rooms were fully booked, and only the small king rooms were available. Why they designed it this way is beyond me. Also, the renovation quality is oddly poor for a Hyatt. I know it’s a different branch (Hyatt House), but still — for a four-star Hyatt property, this was way too basic and underwhelming. Definitely not up to expectations. And one more thing I absolutely hate — the 11:00 a.m. checkout policy that some hotels in Japan have. Not only do they make you leave at 11 sharp, but here they literally called the room at 11:01 to remind us to check out. No grace period, no flexibility, just “get out.” Super unfriendly. Just be warned — they will kick you out at 11:00 on the dot.

We had a very bad experience when checking in. The Japanese lady staff was arrogant and had very rude attitude. This is very rare in Hyatt properties. Other staff were okay but don't expect too much. The room is generally clean except with hair left over in shower from previous hotel occupants. At night, we were woken up 2-3 times with some cracking nose. Not sure if it was wood or metal bending repeatedly. If you are deep sleeper, then it's ok. Otherwise please think about it. I was attracted by the location and Hyatt brand. But price can tell you there is no free lunch.

雖然第一次去位置有點難找，但是熟悉了周邊道路之後真就是絕佳，能從一個空中天橋直通到澀谷jr站和地鐵站，離機場大巴站大概也就五六分鐘路程。設施方面，房內有洗衣機電磁爐等基本家電，冰箱也挺大的，還有膠囊咖啡機等等。房間內的衞生情況也很好。housekeeping等服務也很到位，符合日本水準。

剛來這家酒店位置確實不好找，如果坐地鐵來的就找的有點遠，坐JR在新南口這邊出來就最近，幾分鐘就到酒店，酒店每天都有打掃，但每天衹給2瓶水，房間有洗衣機能烘乾衣物，前台在16樓，就是剛開始不好找，熟悉就很方便，周邊很熱鬧，下次來還住這邊

位置找不到，極其難找。離哪兒都遠，吃飯看著店多，但吃的都是假裝高大上，既不實惠又難吃，要不就都排隊吃不上飯。衞生極差，馬桶入住時發現應該是沒清理過，圖我就不放了，怕噁心到別人。表面裝修看著白白的乾淨，廚具水槽旁有上一家的果汁水漬，可見也沒擦過。浴缸周邊都是不知是土還是泥，反正用白布能擦的全是黑的。我選的這個房型有6-14層，我寫了備註要高樓層，結果給我6層，衞生也不好，想延2-3小時退房，要收近2萬日元。這酒店就是，他們可以錯誤百出，但對客人一點兒留地都不給。多一滴礦泉水都沒給。

快適なステイでした。フロントはグローバルかつ親切で溫かく、直接も電話でも、お願いし易くて大変居心地が良かったです。まだ周辺の開発がこれからという立地なので、夕食は、近くに出て食べられる感じではなくて、ホテルのレストランで戴きました。客室には調理器具も食器も揃っているし、ホテル內で24時間レトルト食品などを買えるので不便では全然ないです。調理器具、洗濯機など、快適に過ごせる家電が揃っていましたが、中でも、コーヒーメイカー置いてくださっててお部屋で美味しいコーヒー飲めたことが嬉しかったです。
